Where can GARTECH Hydraulic Motors be used?

Due to the scalability of the design there are numerous solutions with regard to speed of operation, and flow requirements.

  • Heavy Industry, where high torque and slow speed are required, e.g. roll mills or presses.
  • Off- Road Vehicle Power Transmission.
  • Wind Farms - utilizing the turbine motion to drive a pump. The generated flow and pressure can be then used remotely for ancillary services - motors or pumps.
  • Tidal Farms - utilizing the turbine motion to drive the pump.

Hydraulic flow and pressure is applied to the motor, which results in high torque output and rotation

In PUMP configuration

Providing a rotational input, results in flow output from the pump. Providing a restriction (choke), in the output flow creates a flow resistance which is used to generate pressure.

The pump can be configured to give the required amount of flow and pressure.
